Great Wisconsin River bar. 70/80s music on the juke, good beer selection. Daily food specials. We had a burger and a special of French dip. Both were excellent. Fries are beer battered for that extra crunch. Will be back when in the area.

I drove to Beaver Dam from Illinois to pick up a part and stopped at The Dam Tavern. One of the best reuben sandwiches I have ever had! Topped off with a spotted cow beer!

The best reuben I've ever had. The Love of My Life had the chicken with buffalo sauce and Bleu cheese. He loved it, we also had beer batter fries, Yum all around. It was our 1st time in there, but it won't be our last. We ended up sitting by another couple that was in there for the 1st time too. He had the Reuben and also liked it, she had the pulled pork and said it was great. We all agreed we'd be back. We were there on a Thursday around 2pm.

Nice little tavern. Seems to have everything you would want. Barfood, pool table, dart and gambling machines, smokers porch, and while i was there some live music. Not my kind, country, but they got an extra star for supporting local artists.
